Gaviota opened in 2025 under Gus' Open Pit BBQ. It's dark and it's loud in the good way: deep blues and reds, Tiffany-style lamps, leather couches, a piano, and a gull over the door.

Come for one drink before dinner upstairs, or stay for the music.

Cocktails

The menu follows a theme and changes with the season. Last winter's ran on the movies. Bar director Tess McFarland keeps the classics on the back bar.

Piano, live sets and DJs, mostly on weekends. A gaming lounge with video gaming machines, which is why the door is 21+.
